About Teri

Real estate has always been more than a career for me - it's a passion that combines my love of architecture, design, renovation, and helping people make smart financial decisions.

As a Los Angeles native and Realtor with more than 18 years of experience, I help clients buy, sell, lease, and invest in real estate throughout Los Angeles, with a particular focus on Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Encino, Studio City, Los Feliz, and the Westside. My clients benefit from a unique perspective shaped by years of renovating homes, managing investment properties, and studying both design and photography.

I believe every property tells a story. Whether it's a mid-century modern home with incredible potential, a luxury estate preparing to come to market, or an investment property that needs a fresh vision, I help clients see opportunities others often overlook. For sellers, I provide strategic guidance on improvements, presentation, staging, pricing, and marketing to maximize value and attract the strongest buyers. For buyers and investors, I help identify properties with solid fundamentals, hidden upside, and long-term potential.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me exploring architecture and design, photographing interesting spaces, renovating homes, playing poker or having adventures with my dog.
